Merry Christmas

I HATE going to the vet, but there was a charity event going on for sheltered animals (me, a veteran), at the veterinary office I go to so it was only proper for me to participate. My "mom" thought it would be cute to get a picture taken with Santa...

They tried to put reindeer ears on me... ha... yeah right... I wanted to chew them up. So they managed to put a collar on me. Here's a pic of me...I was too excited to sit still.

~ not chew on any shoes
~ staying at home without having to be crated
~ being "good"

Thanksgiving

What I'm thankful for:

I'm happy to say that I now have the run of the house when my "parents" are home. I am still crated during the day when they can't be with me or when they go out, but no more staying in the kitchen/family room... there's other areas in the house to explore! Even when they sleep and not watching me, I am good. I also get to sleep wherever I want, if it is the couch, closet, or bed. I get toys ALL the time, and I go for rides and get to go to work with my "dad". My yard is now fenced in since I've lived here so I can run around and spend hours outside digging holes. Life is great!
